WE COVET YOUR PRAYERS IN THE UPCOMING MEETINGS!
ELY, NEVADA APRIL12th - 14th
I have had at least two evangelistic meetings here before, but nothing has come of
them. However, consider Delta, Utah, where we had three meetings and had
nothing to show for it. But, in 1983, the fourth meeting was held and today there is
a strong church there, pastored by Dennis Cason. And other churches have been
started out of this church.
We are in contact with one solid family, who are ready to go.
EUREKA, NEVADA APRIL 15th - 16th
This town is 77 miles west of Ely, and we have no leads for a church there.
However, this spring a mining boom will probable hit Eureka, (I think to a small
degree, it has already started). Gold and Molybdenum are in abundance near there.
Often times, new move-ins give a jump start in beginning a church, (usually the
natives come later).
Thanks you for praying for these meetings. In fact, if you want to come and help us
pass out handbills and tracts, let us know.

and his wife, Norma, serve as church planters in Salt Lake City, Utah. Witnessing to a Mormon community comes with many unique challenges. Wally has been involved in church planting in the western states for most of his life.
